Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. Rich in iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium and vitamins, it is a source that supports our immunity. The sesame oil contained is rich in omega- 6 fats, fibre and antioxidants.
Classic sesame paste will work well as an ingredient in hummus, and is also suitable for dips or salad dressings.
