Description
A recipe for one small Greek coffee:
To brew the coffee you will need a pot/ small pot.
Measure water into the pot with a cup, add two teaspoons of Greek fine ground coffee.
Add two teaspoons of sugar. Boil until the coffee starts to rise. Remove from the heat for a moment, then repeat the process a couple of times (place and remove from the heat).
Pour the finished coffee into a cup.
Greek coffee can be served with, for example, figs in syrup, baklava or lukumi .
In Greece, it is served with a glass of water.
